Coravin Pivot™ replaces wine with 100% pure Argon gas to prevent oxygen from entering the bottle, perfectly preserving remaining wine for up to four weeks. This simple-to-use, fast flow device pours a 5oz glass of wine in seconds. Coravin Pivot™ works across all closure formats, including synthetic corks, as the cork/screw cap is removed and replaced with the Pivot™ stopper, which then provides an airtight seal. The Coravin Pivot™ Pro is designed with 30% larger argon gas capsules than consumer devices, providing cost and time efficiencies.
Accessories for the Coravin Pivot™ Pro include stoppers made from specially designed sealing plastic, allowing each stopper to be reused multiple times. The Coravin Pivot Pro Aerator rapidly aerates wine during pouring, delivering results equivalent to decanting for 60 to 90 minutes.
