Description
The Coravin Sparkling® system preserves the flavor and effervescence of Champagne and sparkling wines. By placing a Coravin Sparkling Stopper on an open bottle and using the device to charge it with pure CO2 gas, this easy-to-use, portable system ensures that the last glass tastes just as good as the first, even up to four weeks later.
Coravin Sparkling® Stoppers are universally compatible, fitting all sparkling wine bottles from small formats to magnums, and can be easily stored in the fridge, either upright or horizontally. A pressure indicator on the charger unit ensures efficient gas usage, as each open bottle only needs to be charged when it won’t be revisited for a while, such as at the end of service.
The Coravin Sparkling® kit comes complete with one stopper and two CO2 capsules, with each capsule capable of charging seven 750ml bottles, providing enough gas to charge 14 bottles in total.
